We evaluate waste reduction at the source during the purchasing phase.
We effectively separate our waste according to its type and hazard class. We deliver our waste to licensed companies in accordance with its classification.
We aim to reduce the amount of waste.
We provide training to our staff on waste separation, zero waste, etc.
We establish the necessary infrastructure for the efficient use of our natural resources and aim to reduce usage through regular monitoring.
We raise awareness among our guests and employees about the conscious use of natural resources.
PURCHASING POLICY
We prefer materials with “recyclable” and “eco-friendly” labels to contribute to nature conservation.
We support the local economy by sourcing products/materials from local suppliers and aim to continuously increase the proportion of local suppliers.
We make purchases in compliance with the rules and instructions set by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
CULTURAL AWARENESS POLICY
We inform our guests about the natural and cultural heritage, local products, and services available in our region.
We recognize that visitors, whether for tourism or work purposes, contribute to regional development with their diverse cultures and should be treated with hospitality.
We support the promotion of the region’s cuisine, activities, culture, and traditions to all stakeholders (religious-cultural sites, natural riches, etc.), provide training to our staff, and inform our guests.
